Settlers
Settlers are an energetic force and they can travel to distant lands to build a new city.
This force combined with other requirements can build you a new city.
You can train these forces at the Palace, however, they need to be researched first at the academy when the academy is at level 10.
When you have five settlers and your Palace is at level 10 you can build your first additional city.
When your Palace is at level 20 you can build your second additional city.
